How to make a crème caramel !
I was making crème caramel a few days ago and I accidentally added too much eggs and the the crème caramel became slightly harden...anyways it would be absolutely wonderful to have some of these at home during pandemic.

To make the recipe:
Ingredients:
For 4 people:
-250g sugar
-6 eggs
-80cl of milk
-2 vanilla pods
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
In a saucepan, make a caramel with 100g of sugar, then pour it in ramekins or another container of your choice.
Boil the milk with the vanilla pod split and scraped.
In a bowl, blanch the eggs by beating them with the remaining sugar, then pour the boiling milk over them.
Mix well and pour over the caramel.
Bake it in a hot-water bath in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
