-2 avocados cut into small cubes

-1 squeezed lemon

-1/4 red onion, finely diced

-1 small bowl of chopped cilantro

-salt and pepper


Preparation


In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients. Using a fork, mash the avocado to the desired consistency of the guacamole. Add salt and pepper. Serve with crisps, crisp toast or fresh bread.
